As we move into 2023, is this change here to stay, or do companies want to start having full time onsite employees again?

Remote working has always been possible. However, it has not necessarily been encouraged or fully supported, as it was seen to be a way that workers would be out of sight, with no way of showing that they were achieving their goals.

Away from his computer Brian is also a swim coach and cricket coach. 
Christmas 2022 was no different though this year we decided to give back to the community and so gave every child at Caradon Swimming Club a Christmas selection box which Brian's very kind wife and her friends at our local coffee group wrapped.

We did manage to over-buy boxes so to make sure they weren't wasted (or adding to Brian's waistline) we donated the last of them to the local community in Looe where they were given to people who attended the community Christmas Day lunch in the Millpool Centre.
